Legacy and Planned Giving

Joining our Legacy Circle by including Berkeley Humane in your estate planning allows you to enjoy the
benefits of a gift to charity while making a powerful statement about your love of animals.

Remembering Berkeley Humane

Remembering Berkeley Humane in your Will or Trust, or in your other charitable giving plans, allows us to help thousands of animals through our community programs, adoption services, and wellness clinics. The Legacy Circle is our special way of recognizing those whose planned gifts help to ensure a healthy financial future for Berkeley Humane and homeless animals in the East Bay. Becoming a member of our Legacy Circle ensures that your values and issues you care about will be long remembered.

We hope you will consider becoming a member of our Legacy Circle. In doing so, we will be honored to list your name on our Legacy Circle donor wall at our new Berkeley Humane Adoption Center, unless you wish that your gift remain anonymous. Additionally, you will be invited to our annual donor recognition event.

How can I join the Legacy Circle?
