Legacy and Planned Giving

Leave a legacy of love. Join the Berkeley Humane Legacy Circle.

PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE

A little planning can provide a lot of peace of mind – ensuring the future care of your family, pets, and the causes important to you. Creating a will, living trust, or other legal document outlining your wishes is critical for a smooth process and to ensure your needs are met.

Berkeley Humane's partner, FreeWill, provides a fast and free online tool to help you plan your estate. Once your free will is complete, you may bring your results to an attorney to help you with the details and implementation.
