Hi, I’m Barbie!

I’m a sweet young girl who is ready to be your lifelong companion! I’m a little shy at first, but with your patience and TLC, I’ll be everything you could want. I’m much more than just a doll, and I’ll need toys and puzzles to keep me entertained. Of course I’m always up for snuggles, so bring on the pets and belly rubs and I’ll gladly share my affection whenever we can! I will thrive best in a mellow home (no young kids, please!)! If this sounds like you, we’re a great match!

Puppies are a lot of work! I will require potty walks every couple of hours throughout the day, lots of patience and enrichment. Please make sure you can accommodate all my needs before coming to meet me!

The Berkeley Humane difference!

Our adoption package includes vaccines, microchip, spay or neuter, flea/tick preventative, worm treatment, and heartworm preventative for dogs (at the discretion of the veterinarian). We also provide $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals, discounts and/or free first welcome visits at other local veterinary hospitals and optional discounted pet insurance.

All adopters receive a 30% discount off their first training class from Train the Bay. Berkeley Humane’s dog training program Train the Bay has been improving the lives of pets and their people for over 30 years and is one of the most trusted dog training programs in the Bay Area.

Have valid state-issued identification
Allowed to have a pet where you live. To protect you and your pet, get your landlord's or HOA's permission in writing before you adopt
Willing and able to provide training, medical attention, and proper care for your new pet.
