Hi there, I’m Moe!

I’m a sweet gentleman who would make a wonderful companion in the right home! I enjoy time spent soaking in the sun, whether exploring the backyard or enjoying the smells on our walks! When we’re back home, perhaps a few plushie toys would be a perfect accompaniment while I lounge by your side! Oh, did someone say cuddle time? I’m right there! You provide the pets and belly rubs and I’ll provide the kisses! I will require a quiet home with previous dog experience due to some sensitivities I have. I spent part of my life living unhoused with my previous caregiver, so I am getting use to readjusting my lifestyle – but I can’t wait to continue gaining confidence in my new home!

The Berkeley Humane difference!

Our adoption package includes vaccines, microchip, spay or neuter, flea/tick preventative, worm treatment, and heartworm preventative for dogs (at the discretion of the veterinarian). We also provide $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals, discounts and/or free first welcome visits at other local veterinary hospitals and optional discounted pet insurance.

All adopters receive a 30% discount off their first training class from Train the Bay. Berkeley Humane’s dog training program Train the Bay has been improving the lives of pets and their people for over 30 years and is one of the most trusted dog training programs in the Bay Area.

Have valid state-issued identification
Allowed to have a pet where you live. To protect you and your pet, get your landlord's or HOA's permission in writing before you adopt
Willing and able to provide training, medical attention, and proper care for your new pet.
