Hi, I’m Mugu!

Looking for a bold and energetic pup to bring years of canine joy into your household? Well, look no further! I’m a animated lovebug and sometimes I can be a little jumpy and mouthy because I’m so excited to be with you! I have so much love I want to share with you, so I will benefit from an experienced owner (and no young kids, please!) who can help me learn my manners and grow into a lifelong companion! And to keep things entertaining, bring on the toys, games, and healthy walks and play dates so there’s fun for everyone! Let the adventures begin!

Puppies are a lot of work! I will require potty walks every couple hours throughout the day, lots of patience and enrichment. Please make sure you can accommodate all my needs before coming to meet me!

The Berkeley Humane difference!

Our adoption package includes vaccines, microchip, spay or neuter, flea/tick preventative, worm treatment, and heartworm preventative for dogs (at the discretion of the veterinarian). We also provide $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals, discounts and/or free first welcome visits at other local veterinary hospitals and optional discounted pet insurance.

All adopters receive a 30% discount off their first training class from Train the Bay. Berkeley Humane’s dog training program Train the Bay has been improving the lives of pets and their people for over 30 years and is one of the most trusted dog training programs in the Bay Area.

Be 18 years of age or older
Have valid state-issued identification
Allowed to have a pet where you live. To protect you and your pet, get your landlord's or HOA's permission in writing before you adopt
Willing and able to provide training, medical attention, and proper care for your new pet.
