Hi, I’m Orchid!

I am an enchanting and colorful girl that can’t wait to find a committed adopter who will use positive reinforcement to continue my puppy socialization! I am going to be a very big girl when I grow up, so someone who has experience with working breeds that can give me the mental and physical enrichment is a must. I can’t wait to be your new best friend!

Puppies are a lot of work! I will require potty walks every couple hours throughout the day, lots of patience and mental enrichment. Please make sure you can accommodate all my needs before applying! Thank you!

The Berkeley Humane difference!

Our adoption package includes vaccines, microchip, spay or neuter, flea/tick preventative, worm treatment, and heartworm preventative for dogs (at the discretion of the veterinarian). We also provide $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals, discounts and/or free first welcome visits at other local veterinary hospitals and optional discounted pet insurance.

All adopters receive a 30% discount off their first training class from Train the Bay. Berkeley Humane’s dog training program Train the Bay has been improving the lives of pets and their people for over 30 years and is one of the most trusted dog training programs in the Bay Area.

Be 18 years of age or older
Have valid state-issued identification
Allowed to have a pet where you live. To protect you and your pet, get your landlord's or HOA's permission in writing before you adopt
Willing and able to provide training, medical attention, and proper care for your new pet.
