Hi, I’m Raj Mathai!

Note: I will first be available to the public on SATURDAY 8/26 at our annual Bark Around The Block event at Berkeley Humane from 10a-4p. Adoption fees are WAIVED for this event only! It is first come, first served and applications are to be filled out in person.

Coming to you from the devastation in Maui, I am a friendly young adult boy happy to anchor my wondrous canine aloha in my new home! I love to receive and give affection, enjoy toys (especially my stuffies!), and making new friends! I can’t wait to be your wonderful and loving canine companion for years to come!

The Berkeley Humane difference!

Our adoption package includes vaccines, microchip, spay or neuter, flea/tick preventative, worm treatment, and heartworm preventative for dogs (at the discretion of the veterinarian). We also provide $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals, discounts and/or free first welcome visits at other local veterinary hospitals and optional discounted pet insurance.

All adopters receive a 30% discount off their first training class from Train the Bay. Berkeley Humane’s dog training program Train the Bay has been improving the lives of pets and their people for over 30 years and is one of the most trusted dog training programs in the Bay Area.

Have valid state-issued identification
Allowed to have a pet where you live. To protect you and your pet, get your landlord's or HOA's permission in writing before you adopt
Willing and able to provide training, medical attention, and proper care for your new pet.
