Hey there, I’m Poncho!

I’m an orange ball of cute, ready to get comfy-cozy in my new digs! I’m a blend of playful and chill- a cat who adores lounging in sunny windows, maybe even sharing some gentle cuddles if you’re up for it! But I will never turn down pouncing off a cat tree to tackle my toys below! I have a big personality (a bit quirky too), so I would do best in a home with cat experience (and no young kids) that will let me be me!

When you adopt me, please keep me indoors-only. Not only will I have a longer life, but I will be healthier and safe from the many dangers the great outdoors can pose to a curious kitty like me. I could be lost or stolen and experience things like overexposure to direct sunlight, natural predators like coyotes, and vehicles which can all be hazards to my health.

Every animal in our care receives medical and behavior evaluations, vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter surgery, flea, tick and worm treatments, felv/fiv test for cats at the discretion of our veterinarian, or heartworm preventative for dogs.

Our adoption package includes a temporary leash or carrier, $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals, 30 days of immediate pet insurance coverage (upon activation–no card required), and a 30% discount on dog training classes through our program Train the Bay.

Have valid state-issued identification
Allowed to have a pet where you live. To protect you and your pet, get your landlord's or HOA's permission in writing before you adopt
Willing and able to provide training, medical attention, and proper care for your new pet.
