Please use the form below to generate a receipt for your donated items. The receipt will be emailed to you at the address you provide.

Please include any restrictions/expiration dates and your estimated value. The Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society is not permitted to value donated goods. It is up to the donor to determine IRS deductibility and/or obtain valuation. Please consult your tax preparer for guidance.
