Hello, I’m Phelps!

I will first be available to the public on Saturday 9/28 at our Mobile Adoption site at 1120 Solano Ave. in Albany from 11am-2pm. It is first come, first served and applications are to be filled out in person.

I’m a playful and friendly kitty ready to settle into a home where I can show off my love and loyalty! While I might not be swimming laps, I’m still ready to make a splash in your life with lots of purrs and joyful companionship. Let me be your gold medal winning feline and and we can make winning memories together!

When you adopt me, please keep me indoors-only. Not only will aI have a longer life, but I will be healthier and safe from the many dangers the great outdoors can pose to a curious kitty like me. I could be lost or stolen and experience things like overexposure to direct sunlight, natural predators like coyotes, and vehicles which can all be hazards to my health.
