Aloha, I’m Nene!

Like the treasured sweet bird of Hawaii, I’m a sweet gosling pup ready to spread my canine wings with you! I’ve come all the way from the Big Island and I can’t wait for my mainland adventures! Let’s explore the neighborhood and nearby parks with plenty of brisk walks, and add in some special time for rousing zoomies, interactive toys, and making new friends! Let me share my lei of canine love with you!

Puppies are a lot of work! I will require potty walks every couple of hours throughout the day, lots of patience and enrichment. Please make sure you can accommodate all my needs before coming to meet me!

The Berkeley Humane difference!

Every animal in our care receives medical and behavior evaluations, vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter surgery, flea, tick and worm treatments, felv/fiv test for cats at the discretion of our veterinarian, or heartworm preventative for dogs.

Our adoption package includes a temporary leash or carrier, $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals, 30 days of immediate pet insurance coverage (upon activation–no card required), and a 30% discount on dog training classes through our program Train the Bay.

Have valid state-issued identification
Allowed to have a pet where you live. To protect you and your pet, get your landlord's or HOA's permission in writing before you adopt
Willing and able to provide training, medical attention, and proper care for your new pet.
