Hi, I’m Poi!
I will be available to the public this Saturday – Sunday at The Barket Event, 5959 Shellmound in Emeryville from 1pm-3pm. It is first come, first served and applications are to be filled out in person.
I’m a whipped up sweet treat, bringing all things fun! Carrying over some joyful flavor from the Big Island, I will cheer you right up with my adorable pep and puppy antics! Tis the season to spoil your friends, so bring on the toys and endless treats. Then we can doze off in a food comma, all snuggled together in sheer bliss!
Puppies are a lot of work! I will require potty walks every couple of hours throughout the day, lots of patience and enrichment. Please make sure you can accommodate all my needs before coming to meet me!

Every animal in our care receives medical and behavior evaluations, vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter surgery, flea, tick and worm treatments, felv/fiv test for cats at the discretion of our veterinarian, or heartworm preventative for dogs.
Our adoption package includes a temporary leash or carrier, $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals, 30 days of immediate pet insurance coverage (upon activation–no card required), and a 30% discount on dog training classes through our program Train the Bay.

- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have valid state-issued identification
- Allowed to have a pet where you live. To protect you and your pet, get your landlord's or HOA's permission in writing before you adopt
- Willing and able to provide training, medical attention, and proper care for your new pet.
