Hi, I’m Zack!

Don’t let my senior status fool you—I’ve still got plenty of pep in my step and a playful spirit to share! Whether it’s a quick tussle with my favorite toy or a leisurely stroll, I’m always up for some fun and quality time with my favorite people. Speaking of people, I absolutely adore them! I’m a friendly little guy who thrives on love and attention. That said, I do get a bit excited on leash and might let out a bark or two to let the world know I’m here. I just can’t help being enthusiastic sometimes! I’d love a cozy home where I can spend my golden years surrounded by love. The Berkeley Humane difference!

Every animal in our care receives medical and behavior evaluations, vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter surgery, flea, tick and worm treatments, felv/fiv test for cats at the discretion of our veterinarian, or heartworm preventative for dogs.

Our adoption package includes a temporary leash or carrier, $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals, 30 days of immediate pet insurance coverage (upon activation–no card required), and a 30% discount on dog training classes through our program Train the Bay.

Have valid state-issued identification
Allowed to have a pet where you live. To protect you and your pet, get your landlord's or HOA's permission in writing before you adopt
Willing and able to provide training, medical attention, and proper care for your new pet.
