Aloha! I’m Ahi!

I made my way from stormy skies in Kauaʻi, to sunny days dreaming of my permanent home. I’ve weathered quite an adventure, and now I’m ready for my next chapter, with a loving human or two by my side! I may have started my journey in the islands, but all I need now is a cozy place to land and someone to call my own. Ready to make waves together?

A note from my foster:

Ahi is an incredibly sweet 4-year-old black cat who has been a joy to have in our home. She loves attention by having her cheeks rubbed, being picked up, and sitting in laps when it’s cold. The chunky girl expresses herself through a variety of squeaks and meows, accompanied by the constant rumble of her purring. Wai is a curious cat that likes to explore, but will always come back when I call to her and greets me with a wet nose and a tail wrapped around me. While she may not always enjoy being cradled or slung across my shoulders, she has a great temperament and tolerates it all. To burn off her many calories, she likes chasing toys, diving through tunnels, and running after small felt balls or springs. The little cat is full of love, and I hope she finds a wonderful forever home – her only request is that she receives wet food in addition to kibble (it’s her favorite).
