My Adoption Fee
Included with every adoption:
- Pre-adoption medical and behavioral evaluations
- Spay/neuter surgery, microchip, flea/tick/worm treatments, and up-to-date vaccines
- At the discretion of our vet, felv/fiv test for cats, and heartworm preventative for dogs.
- A temporary leash or carrier
- VCA offers a free first exam for every adopted dog or cat
- 30 days of immediate pet insurance coverage (upon activation–no card required)
- 30% discount on dog training classes through our program Train the Bay

Hi, I’m Winchester!
I’m a sweet older kitty who is super friendly! I love to get attention, especially petting and cuddles from my human friends. I’m not super playful, but I like to swat at a toy or two while I’m already laying down. I am an expert biscuit maker, and I’ll knead the day away on you or right beside you. I know how to walk on a leash in my foster’s backyard, and I enjoy having daily rolls in the grass! I’m very happy to have people around as much as possible, whether we’re hanging out or just in the same room together. I’m a sweet, patient cat ready to find my fur-ever home! Great addition to any home.

Get to know me by fostering me for up to a week. If we’re a happy fit, you can make my adoption official! Trial Adoptions are generally available for older pets (7+ years), or those who have been available for 30+ days.
