Seminar Description
This is the information seminar for the Dogs Reacting behavior series. It covers the causes of and treatment options for reactive behavior of any kind. Techniques and protocols shown and discussed in this session can assist you and your dog to make positive habit changes that, with practice and determination, enable dogs to ignore environmental stimulation and walk pleasantly with their families.
The seminar will give you solid, science-based information about your dog’s behavior and sociability as well as treatment options.
Using this information, you will be able to assess your individual situation and decide on a an appropriate course of action. Some of the options you might decide upon are: (1) taking the virtual course with your dog, (2) getting an online private consult and customized training plan, or (3) continuing to work on your own.
Other Classes:
The best candidates for the hands on classes are dogs with a history of reacting primarily to dogs either on or off leash in an aroused state. This is usually exhibited by hyper-vigilance, barking, growling, lunging, snapping and a general inability to control themselves or respond to their handlers.
