About the Workshop
Do you hear meowing at 3 AM? Is your cat leaping out of nowhere to attack your ankles? Are they guarding territory from your dog, other cat or urine marking territory? There are solutions that will help reduce, eliminate and prevent these things from happening. They include structured, interactive, play therapy and training.
Even if you don’t have these challenges, regular play therapy and highly reinforced training will put your cat’s brain and body to work, resulting in a responsive, relaxed cat that is able to handle a number of common stressors.
Cats are hunters and fierce protectors of their territories. Designed by nature as avid and efficient hunters, they need outlets for this most important of their traits. And, despite their reputation for being loners, cats can be very social. When you provide social interaction, enrichment, play and training you increase your cat’s ability to interact with you and others.
This workshop provides you with ideas and games for playing and training with your cat in ways that will build a trusting relationship and many hours of pleasure for both of you.
