Trick of the Month

About the Class

Tricks are a fun and healthy way to interact with your dog.  From simple behaviors to chains of complex behaviors, learning new skills keeps your dog’s mind active and enhances cooperation. Tricks are healthy exercise for young and old.

Each month we will teach you how to get one or more new trick behaviors started.  How you develop or use that trick is up to you after that.

Every lesson will have a demonstration and instruction section, then the trainer will coach the group as needed.  Each month delivers a different trick sand we will follow up with an instructional video to help you keep going.

Class Requirements

Recommended for all dogs and puppies.  In these lessons, you will work with your own dog’s mental, physical and age-related abilities.  How far you take each trick depends on your desire to develop it and your dog’s ability to do it.
