When someone must choose between feeding themselves or feeding their pet, they will often make sure their pet is fed first.
Pet Food Pantry Hours and Rules
Berkeley Humane’s Pet Food Pantry is open to the public once a month from 10 am-12 pm, at 2700 Ninth St., Berkeley CA (Berkeley Humane).
We are unable to provide food for feral cat colony caretakers due to extremely high demand and low supplies.

A two-week supply of dog or cat food will be distributed by Berkeley Humane volunteers on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer specific brands, formulas or flavors.
