My Adoption Fee
Included with every adoption:
- Pre-adoption medical and behavioral evaluations
- Spay/neuter surgery, microchip, flea/tick/worm treatments, and up-to-date vaccines
- At the discretion of our vet, felv/fiv test for cats, and heartworm preventative for dogs.
- A temporary leash or carrier
- $250 worth of medical care with VCA Animal Hospitals
- 30 days of immediate pet insurance coverage (upon activation–no card required)
- 30% discount on dog training classes through our program Train the Bay

Hi, I’m Moxie!
I may be small, but I have a whole lot of love to give! I’m a sweet and friendly girl who enjoys meeting new people, soaking up affection, and staying close to my favorite humans. If you’re looking for a little companion with a big heart, I might be the perfect match for you!
Foster notes:
Moxie loves being next to us or a lap dog but also has a good amount of energy. She enjoys running around and is a little parkour athlete. 🙂 We have also introduced her to fresh fruits and vegetables. She seems to like broccoli, cucumber, strawberries, and peaches (in moderation, of course).
She could be in a household with another dog if that dog is friendly. It seems Moxie wants to interact with our resident dog but our dog is still not interested in engaging.
It has been great fostering Moxie. While we hope she finds a loving forever home, I am happy to her here with us
